snapshots of my week – 24th june

gluten free chocolate cake from field of beans on wedal road, cardiff

this time next week it’ll be july!

goodness what a weird stressful week. by the time this publishes we’ll know the results of the referendum. genuinely afraid of the results, and either way life will continue to suck, ha. but it will suck less if we remain in the EU.

i’ve been trying to overhaul my diet a bit lately, but i did succumb to this delicious (gluten free obv) chocolate cake from field of beans on wedal road. life is not worth living without a little bit of sweetness here and there, right?

as i’ve mentioned a good few times on various social media, i went to roath park and the conservatory earlier in the week. i’ve lived in cardiff 6 years, been to roath park multiple times yet somehow never been to the conservatory! i’ll be sharing some photos next week and there’s lots of clips in the video above.

lots of other things have happened this week but i’m a little distracted by food right now so uh, i’m gonna go eat it!

how was your week?

OMM that cake looks DELICIOUS. What a lovely looking peaceful week, apart from the bleak results at the end.. sigh. I love the look of roath park & the conservatory too, it looks really calm and relaxing.
