snapshots of my week – 10th april

stairs and wall
the less said about this week, the better i think. though i will say (for my own sake if i look back on this) that it was at least semi productive and although i’ve been feeling depressed i also remembered that i am strong and a fighter. that i have been through way worse times and gotten through them. they made me stronger and so will these trying times.

also, i took lots of photos. so there’s that too.

plant growing on orange door
magnolia flowers on tree

sorry to hear you’re going through some depression, I know all too well that it sucks but you sound like you’ve got a good positive spin on it so I hope you rise from the the darkness soon. The colours in your photographs, particularly the first & third ones, look fresh, summery and can only help to lift your mood (and mine!) thanks for sharing. roll on summer!

i left the ‘i’ll never get out of this’ stage of it and i’m currently in the fine one day, completely depressed the next stage, ha. so hopefully soon i can at least have a few weeks of happiness! that does tend to come when the weather is nicer. colour can make a huge difference too can’t it :)

These pictures are all so beautiful – you have such a knack for capturing the ordinary in a creative way! I think we had similar weeks last week – I felt the same, but the arrival of some sunshine and a few new projects has me back on track this week, hope you are too!
