crazy for crafts

pink, purple and blue craft supplies
i’m not into crafts in an obsessive way (not that there’s anything wrong with that), but if you’ve been reading this blog for a while or know me personally, you’ll know i love making things by hand and recycling things i already have if i can. infact, there’s always a few crafty projects i have my eye on and/or have serious plans to complete. i have a crafts & diy board on pinterest if you’re stuck for inspiration or are just feeling in a crafty mood!

Follow laura redburn’s board crafts & diy // on Pinterest.

of course, sometimes you need extra bits and bobs for craft projects, so i thought i’d help you out with some places where you can get them.

tesco have a good range of craft supplies, as well as places like fred aldous, hobbycraft, the works and sticky tiger. if you’re local to cardiff or bristol and are looking for places, there’s the pen and paper in morgan arcade or the range on newport road. there’s also a cass art in bristol and if you have kids i hear the childrens scrapstore is fantastic too.

here’s some of the crafty projects i’d like to do:

– paper flower cone bouquets
purely for their cuteness!

– sequin polka dot clutch
i love polka dots, i love a good clutch. what’s to lose?

– mini resin paperweights
i need a paperweight (or two) and these are pretty as well as functional.

– mini leather envelopes
perfect business card holder, right?

– tube bead necklace
as a fan of minimal and dainty jewellery, this is just the thing!

– stationery organiser
because my stationery definitely needs organising.

+ this post is written for tesco. all words my own.
