collage scrap exchange

finding a way - collage by laura redburn
as i promised i would (check yesterday’s post), here’s my submissions for the collage scrap exchange. i found it hard to make just one, and in total made about 6. i didn’t want to submit them all though, so these are my three favourites.

i was partnered up with one of my very favourite collage artists, anthony zinonos. when i got that email i may have shouted ‘yaaaay!’ a little too loudly. basically, everyone got partnered up, swapped ‘scraps’ and made a collage with those pieces, as well as some of your own stuff.

the theme was ‘new landscapes’ and instead of being literal with it i decided to be a little more, uh, out of the box with it. regardless of outcome i really like what i made and i cannot wait to see what others have come up with!

sara has featured a few on her blog (including two of mine) so definitely check those out here and here. and then spend the rest of your day on her blog because it’s amazing.
